I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The tropical courtyard with hammocks was a peaceful oasis, but I did struggle with the heat in the room at times. The staff were incredibly friendly despite the language barrier and were always ready to help. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas and surrounded by a vibrant bar scene. The dining was fresh and satisfying, but I wished for more variety in the vegetable options. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.
